  1. Reads new price lists

    They come in as Excel files, PDFs, sometimes a photo on WhatsApp. It puts them into one format and matches them to your item numbers.

  2. Works out margins

    For each product: what it used to cost, what it costs now and what margin you get at the current selling price.

  3. Suggests prices

    A list of products where margin has fallen below your threshold, with new prices for wholesale and for marketplaces.

  4. Checks competitor prices

    Looks up what the same product sells for on marketplaces, so a new price doesn’t end up above the market.
